In addition to creating timeless individual homes, Randy has been involved in designing dozens of multi-family housing communities in Utah and in other states. RML design rejects the supposition that high density housing needs to be bland, oppressively repetitive, and ugly.

RML design has worked with many builders and developers to create unit plans and community designs for multifamily communities from one duplex to entire “villages” of hundreds of units. In each case, both the unit plan and the community plan reflected the unique goals of the builder to create products that met the specific market expectations of the intended customers.

Our multifamily units have ranged from very basic “apartment” like units to large, luxurious villas in Deer Valley and in California.
